The World's Largest Development

World Wide Assets LLC is the development company for Ronald A. Newcomb's plans to develop Laguna Salada, Baja California, Mexico. A former Adjunct Professor at SDSU College of Sciences, Principal Investigator on multiple projects, Director of Operations of ICATS, Newcomb and his parnter, Bill Seach have created an unprecidented plan to develop a sub-sea level basin and the surrounding areas.

To accomplish this we have partnered withe the indigenous Cucapah people who own the land and others who bring substantial assets to the development table.

World Wide Assets LLC is a Delaware LLC of which Ronald A. Newcomb is the Managing Member.

Currently the company is in the process of team building, developing contacts for the various aspects of the project and compiling final plans for the developing including discussions with other potential partners in Baja who with to participate.

History of World Wide Assets LLC

1993-1996 WWA buys and sells properties in California, Idaho, Texas, holds then sells the properties for its partners.

February 1996: WWA hired to create the original drawings, concepts, and strategy for a large development project in Anaheim named GardenWalk. The partners were Ronald A. Newcomb, David Rose, John Neill, and Wayne Allen. Strident Ltd. IoM held 94%.

December 1996, Susan and Ronald Newcomb appointed as Directors of WWA. Anaheim GardenWalk is transfered to Excell Holdings.

January 1999 Strident transfers its interests to the Newcombs, exits Anaheim GardenWalk project.

November 2002, WWA purchases Autek LLC, an electronics defense contractor, contracts with all US military branches, Boeing, Raytheon.

September 2003, WWA becomes the holder of plans by Ronald A. Newcomb to develop Laguna Salada, Baja California, Mexico. Susan Newcomb exits the LLC.

October 2006, William "Bill" Seach becomes Strategic Planning Director of WWA. Ronald A. Newcomb is appointed Managing Member, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Dr. Newcomb offered an Adjuct Facultiy position with San Diego State University College of Sciences. Creates ICATS.

March 2008, Denny Shaw, J.D., former Principal Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy tentatively accepts the position at WWA of CEO upon funding of the Laguna Salada Project.

October 2008, Cucapah sign the land agreement with Adj. Professor Newcomb and Dr. Enrique Sanchez in Baja California.

October 2009, Baja Secretary of Economic Development tells us he will stand behind the project.
