Anaheim GardenWalk was concieved by David Rose who brought in Dr. Newcomb, the president of MAC Asset Management LLC at the time, a real estate consultancy handling over $2,000,000,000 in tax appeals and other real estate holdings. In the earliest stages Dr. Newcomb assessed the concept, helped Mr. Rose to establish a business plan, created the plat map much as in Laguna Salada with Visio, created concepts and visualizations as well as administrative work and E-Ticket LLC entity creation and management.
E-Ticket LLC was the primary creating entity as well as management by Strident Ltd.
Mr Rose is an expert in working with minicipalities and overcame significant obsticles including objections from Anaheim's somewhat famous anchor tennant, Disneyland who slowed the project down on multiple occasions to ensure their rights were respected. Against all odds, Regents Group pushed on working with multiple partners and developers and the project, at this writing is about 30% complete and open for business. About half of the retail remains under construction as well as multiple motels.
