Aqua Genesis Ltd. (NV)
Because of the previous company involved briefly in desalination named Aqua Genesis Ltd. (NV) we are periodically questioned about what has happened to Aqua Genesis.
Aqua Genesis was a partnership between various parties which included Douglas Firestone as majority member owning 56% of the entity. It woulkd seem that Mr. Firestone wanted the partners equity and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy 11/19/07 in the State of Nevada where he now lives. The case number is 07-17648-bam, Judge Bruce A. Markell. The Trustee was called and I explained Firestone did not have the right to file that bankruptcy without my vote, which he did not have. The trustee said he was going to move to throw the case out because Firestone's filing was incomplete.
