Seach, a national and international financial services/asset management consultant. Previously assisted in the creation/growth of the International Association of Financial Planners (IAFP). Is a founding member of the IAFP Foundation. Mr. Seach created and taught, financial planning courses for community colleges (Brockton, Boston, Mass), adult continuing education centers (Boston, Mass). Seach, as a general agent for First Investment Annuity Company, developed annuity/life insurance operations throughout New England. Ultimately experience in this arena embracing financial product development, marketing, the study of various financial planning strategies allowed Seach to create, own and operate a base of over thirty companies in national and international business which companies planned/ produced/ purchased/ developed shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, industrial warehouse park, health clubs, RV mobile home parks, etc. Operations grew to include equipment leasing companies, aircraft leasing companies, fixed base aircraft operations, others, etc. Possessing skill in several languages, Bill developed an early interest in the international business realm and has worked tirelessly on behalf of fiscal and physical infrastructure concepts with developing countries as well as, U.S. based holding companies. Bill has worked on projects of humanitarian concern ranging from agriculture to power production emphasizing strategic planning to maximize any results achieved. Seach ’s military service included two voluntary tours of duty with the U.S. Army in Viet Nam from 1970-1971. Mr. Seach’s educational background includes five years of college with a background in archaeology, anthropology, earth sciences. Seach successfully completed courses in Advanced Estate Planning designed for attorneys at Northeastern University in Boston as well as courses in Income Taxation through The New York Institute of Finance. Bill also serves on the Executive Oversight Committee for the Laguna Salada project..
