Adj. Professor Newcomb is the author of the company business plans including the plans to develop Laguna Salada in Baja California and proposals to Naval Region South West for multiple desalination plants under Admiral Hering.

Valuation Expert, Government Interface. Advised and consulted on Property Tax issues, managed taxes on more than $2,500,000,000 in properties annually (2nd largest consultancy in the state), reduced taxes by millions of dollars, worked in five western states. Argued valuation issues before Assessment Appeals Boards, purchased and sold many tax delinquent properties. Hourly fee $200. Purchased multiple properties in western states for various investors. Arranged marketing and sale of same.
He developed with the help of the Regents Group the organization and original plans for Anaheim Garden Walk, a 29.1 acre $660,000,000 multi use development which includes a combination of well known retailers (634,700 sq.ft. retail), numerous restaurants, and four hotels with >1500 rooms, the large development in Anaheim across the street from Disneyland, now known as Excel Anaheim GardenWalk currently partly open and leasing. The plans include a transportation center for Anaheim (10,200sq.ft. bus terminal and shuttle port). MAC created several LLC’s which owned and managed the early stages of the development.
At the same time, Professor Newcomb developed similar multi-use plans for a 3000 acre parcel of property on the island of Hawaii. The investors pulled out of the plans before the property was purchased.
Professor Newcomb purchased through various LLC’s and with different investors properties in Texas, California, and Idaho. Advided on properties in lLaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada

Many times referred to as a genius, Adj. Professor Newcomb qualifies in most psychometric terms. Traits commonly associated with genius are strong individuality, imagination, uniqueness, and innovative drive, all of which describe the Professor. Various experts set the I.Q. cut off level for "Genius" at the top 3% of society or the 97th percentile, Mensa membership which the Professor enjoys, requires what many most consider to be genius level at the 98th percentile I.Q. measurement and is usually referred to as the "Genius Society." There are higher I.Q. societies and the Professor is also a member of Intertel, short for "The International Legion of Intelligence" which requires an I.Q. in the 99th percentile. There are also several he qualifies for but has not bothered to contact.
